Kim Colebank, president of Distinctive Carolina Homes, Inc., is dedicated to
constructing quality homes in upscale neighborhoods. Kim builds homes for others
as she would her own, with fine architectural detailing, innovative features and
personal interior touches. Distinctive Carolina Homes Inc., building philosophy
is that creating individual choices from the initial concept stages throughout

Kim Colebank has been building homes since 1992. She has built in the Rock Hill
and Fort Mill subdivisions of Meadow Lakes II, Wedgewood, Wood Forest, Joslin
Pointe, Laurel Creek, Harlinsdale and the Stirling Subdivisions. Kim's specialty
is building distinctive home projects from $200,000 to $800,000. Kim has a
master's degree from Marshall University and is a licensed South Carolina
residential homebuilder. Distinctive Carolina Homes is fully insured and bonded.
